“My best curriculum is my cuisine”
Born in 1981, originally from Milan, Fabio Zanetello likes to define himself more as a popularizer of the culinary tradition. He decides to marry the “Delight project” after several years of freelance cooking and various collaborations with starred chefs, courses and show cooking, through which he was able to communicate, to those who followed him, all his passion for cooking. He is a huge supporter of the Italian cuisine and he has a cosmopolitan approach to the gastronomy: he believes that the culinary landscape of the world can offer the opportunity to mix flavors and scents to obtain new feeling of taste. Ingredients that come from opposite Poles, from the far North to the East, combined with innovation, with new and different types of cooking, form the foundation of the chef’s kitchen.
